HOW TO CONNECT SOCIAL ACCOUNTS
Go to "Marketing" > "Social Planner" from the left menu.
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
Click “Connect a New Account” or “Add Account”.
Choose the social media platform you want to connect (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business).
Log in to your social account when prompted.
Allow permissions that GHL asks for.
Select the page or profile you want to connect (for Facebook or Instagram).
Click "Connect" or "Save".
HOW TO CREATE NEW POSTS
Go to Marketing > Social Planner
On the left menu, click “Marketing”
Then click “Social Planner”
Click on the + New Post Button
Find and click the “+ New Post” (usually top right)
Select Social Accounts
Choose which social media accounts you want to post to (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write Your Post
Enter your text/caption
Add images, videos, or links if needed
Preview Your Post
See how your post will look on each platform
Choose Date & Time
Click “Schedule Post” to pick a future date/time
Or click “Post Now” to publish immediately
Click “Schedule” or “Post Now”
Done! Your post is scheduled or published 🎉
reconnecting your social media accounts
Go to Marketing > Social Planner
On the left menu, click “Marketing”
Then click “Social Planner”
Click Settings and click icon for reconnection for each account
